2022 Outlook

Colliers annual survey report and economic outlook research provided some interesting data for active and aspiring investors. According to the report 87% of investors are optimistic about the economic outlook and 40% of investors see inflation having positive and negative impacts. The top 3 sectors investors are most likely to invest in during 2022 are Industrial & Logistics, Multi-family, and Office assets. The greatest presumed challenges will be rising construction costs, government policies and regulations, and COVID uncertainty and restrictions.
